Introductory Course in English for Sustainable Technologies
DEMO-VERSION (Introduction and first UNIT of the MODULE "Renewable Energy")This is an online course with no face-to-face interaction. Throughout the course you will be introduced to three areas of sustainable technology - Renewable Energy, Smart Buildings and Electric Mobility. Every week you will get new content and language input with tasks to work on. Even though we do not meet in person you will find this course highly interactive.

This course covers and explains the three components of Renewable Energy, Smart Buildings and Electric Mobility. You will gain an in-depth knowledge of these technologies and their involvement in German industry while improving your English knowledge of the subject fields and relevant grammar. This course will test the functions of listening, writing and reading comprehension.

In this module you are introduced to three of the main sources for renewable energy to date: solar technology, wind technology and hydropower. In the final unit of this module an outlook on renewable energy for the future is given. The grammar focus is on the range of tenses available and how they can be applied to the topics.
