This seminar aims to provide students with a broad understanding of
the basic principles of economic and climate policy (e.g. Blanchard et
al., 2023). By exploring the intersection of economics and
environmental sustainability, students will gain insight into the
challenges and opportunities associated with addressing climate
change through policy interventions. We will discuss the German,
European and international perspectives of economic and climate
policy and get to know the institutions involved.
